We allow up to 24hours for rental we like to drop off day of event and pick up next day. While most people prefer 4-8hours we understand that sometimes the party can run a little longer than anticipated.  

Note: 24hour rentals are for rental items that are setup in a safe secure location only. (backyard/gated area) Parks and front yards or non-secure areas will have to be picked up same day.

Yes, but once again please be aware that due to rising gas prices and the possible need for an extra truck and labor that travel fees can be quite high. Please Check Delivery charges under rental item(next to add to cart). OR CALL OUR OFFICE.

We love setting up at parks but most parks do NOT have electricity. If you want to set up at a park, you must rent a generator. We rent generators at a reasonable cost. Also, parks are first come, first serve so get your spot early.

Waterslides are a great way to beat the heat and add a experience your guest will never forget. They have the same requirements as our bounce houses but sometimes require a bit more space. 

Note: You must have a standard outdoor water spicket within 50ft of waterslide to connect water hose for water features on slides. if you require longer than 50ft PLEASE LET US KNOW IN ADVANCE so we may prepare.

Yes and No as you may rent a waterslide at a park it must be used dry. due to our city code they do not allow public water hookups at city parks.

Note: We will NOT rent dry slides on Hot Days as the vinyl heats up extremely fast and poses a safety risk. Dry Slides are intended for Fall, Winter and Spring Seasons, or indoor events.

That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 4 hours in advance. If this is the case, we will call the Friday before to confirm that someone will be at the party location.

Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.

Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That’s why we require an outlet within 50 feet of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords.

Note: If you would like to deflate the Bounce House  for any reason their is a power switch located on blower but this must be operated by an adult only and all occupants have to exit Jumper before deflation.

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (25ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.

Yes all orders require a $25 Credit Card deposit. The are fully refundable if you cancel your order at least 7 days prior to your rental date. If you cancel between 2-7 days prior to your rental you will be given a rain check that is good for 1 year.

We understand things happen, we allow cancelations up to 7 days before event with full refund. If you cancel between 2-7 days prior to your rental you will be given a rain check that is good for 1 year.

If it rains, safety is our top priority. Light rain typically isn’t a problem, but if there is heavy rain, strong winds, or thunderstorms we recommend deflating the bounce house and not using it until the weather clears, if your event is cancelled due to bad weather, we offer flexible rescheduling options.

All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.

Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don’t want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.
